Do I need an appointment?

Brides who make an appointment take precedence, however we do accept walk-ins.

How long do appointments last?

In-store appointments are 1-2 hours. And on-location appointments (where we bring 3 gowns to you) are 3 hours.

How many guests can attend my appointment?

We suggest no more than 3 guests. In the event you’d like to bring more, please contact us to schedule and discuss.

Yes, we kindly ask that you give us at least a 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your bridal appointment. A $25 cancellation fee will be applied for notifications of 24 hours or less. We also shut down our store for “Brides & Bubbly” private appointment parties and cannot fill them last minute.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Do you carry Mother of the Bride or Bridesmaid dresses?

How do I purchase a gown?

After you’ve say “yes to your dress” we will measure the bride, pick the size and color. Approve and sign the contract. Submit payment to process the order. The dress will then be ordered and ready for pick-up on the scheduled date.

Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer alterations but we do have a list of those we highly recommend.

Ordering a gown takes 6-8 months. However, sample gowns can also be purchased off the rack as-is.

How long does it take to order a gown?

Sample gowns have been tried on in the store, so they have some wear but are in perfect condition for those off-the-rack purchases.

What condition are your samples gowns in?

Do you have gown rental?

Yes. We have a limited collection of gowns we have available as rentals. Not all gowns apply, contact us to make an appointment to see the our rental only collection.

As part of our “Couture Experience” our day of service to have a specialist assist you with your gown and/or veil is only available to the bride.

Are wedding day services available to everyone in the wedding?
